Position: Customer Service Representatives

Location: Abuja (Preferably Kado, Gwarimpa & nearby)

Openings: 1 positions

Salary: ₦100,000/month

Schedule: Weekdays (with weekend shifts inclusive of Sundays as required)

Key Duties:

Handle inquiries, resolve customer issues, and manage communications via phone, email, and social media

Maintain accurate records and support event coordination

Work collaboratively to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

Experience in customer service

Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in MS Office and customer service tools

Willingness to work shifts/weekends

Certification in customer service is a plus
