Summary:

Our client, a reputable Mortgage bank, is seeking a seasoned Divisional Head, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), responsible for providing strategic leadership and operational oversight for the full spectrum of risk functions across the organization. This includes Credit Risk, Real Estate & Risk Management, Remedial Assets Management, Operational Risk, and Compliance Risk. The role ensures that risks are properly identified, assessed, monitored, and mitigated in line with the organization’s risk appetite, strategic objectives, and regulatory requirements. The incumbent plays a critical role in fostering a proactive, risk-aware culture and ensuring that sound governance and risk management practices are embedded across all levels of the organization in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
