Hiring: Legal Officer

Location: Abuja

5 years experience.

Provide legal advice and support to management and departments on a wide range of legal issues.

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, MoUs, and other legal documents.

Ensure the organization complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Liaise with external legal counsel on complex or specialized matters.

Represent the company in legal proceedings (where required), including court appearances, mediation, and arbitration.
