General Terms

a. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use Ifitdoam. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract.

b. User Account: You may need to create a user account to access certain features of Ifitdoam. You are responsible for keeping your account information secure and up-to-date.

c. Acceptable Use: You agree not to use Ifitdoam for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose. You will comply with all applicable laws when using our services. You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, information, screen names, graphics, photos, profiles, links, and other content that you submit, post, or display on Ifitdoam.

FOR EMPLOYERS

With iFitDoAm, you get to hire amazing talents to handle your project(s) with no service charge. But note That project can only commence once your payment has been received and will be disbursed to the freelancer once he or she completes the project.

FOR FREELANCER

For each project you execute on our platform, there will be a service fee of 10%, but rest assured that payment on the platform is seamless and guaranteed. However, withdrawals can only take place once your account has been verified.

Intellectual Property

a. Ownership: Any content, including but not limited to text, images, and logos, posted by Ifitdoam is the property of Ifitdoam. You may not use or reproduce this content without written permission.

b. User Content: You retain ownership of the content you post on Ifitdoam. However, by posting content, you grant Ifitdoam a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, publish, transmit, and display that content.

Termination

a. Termination by User: You may terminate your Ifitdoam account at any time by following the instructions on the Platform. Any outstanding fees or obligations will remain your responsibility.

b. Termination by Ifitdoam: Ifitdoam may suspend or terminate your account at its discretion if you violate these Terms or for other reasons.

Privacy

a. Privacy Policy: Your use of Ifitdoam is also governed by our [Privacy Policy], which explains how we collect, use, and share information.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

a. Disclaimer: Ifitdoam is provided “as is,” without any warranties, expressed or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free or uninterrupted.
