Role Summary: Responsible for ensuring that buildings, equipment, and services are safe, efficient, and well maintained

List of Duties:

– Oversee repairs and preventive maintenance

– Monitor electricity, water, gas, and other utility usage.

– Respond to occupants’ complaints and maintenance requests

– Keep records of equipment and facility assets

– Carry out errands as requested by management

Experience Needed: 1 year above

Educational Level: SSCE above

Core Competency and Skills:

– Excellent communication skill

– Attention to detail

Necessary certificates, licences and registrations: None

Salary: 60,000

Working time: Daily

Working Days: 6 days a week
