Role Summary: Responsible for providing excellent customer service by welcoming guests, taking food and beverage orders, serving meals, and ensuring customers have a pleasant dining experience

List of Duties:

– Welcome and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner.

– Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen.

– Present menus and explain menu items, daily specials, and promotions.

– Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally

– Check on customers during their meal to ensure satisfaction and respond to requests.

– Clear tables and prepare them for the next guests

Experience Needed: Minimum 1 year

Educational Level: SSCE above

Core Competency and Skills:

– Attention to detail

– Team work

– Excellent communication skill

– Time Management

Necessary certificates, licences and registrations: None

Salary: 50,000

Additional benefits: None

Working time: Morning shift 6am-6pm, Night Shift 6pm-6am

Working Days: 6 days a week
