‎Role Summary: Responsible for handling technical repair work and managing the organization product inventory, specifically overseeing the tracking, storage and distribution of laptop components such as batteries, screenshot, SSDs and RAM.

‎

‎

‎List of Duties:

‎ -Perform technical troubleshooting and hardware repairs on computers, laptops, and printers.

‎ -Manage stock levels, keeping accurate inventory records of incoming and outgoing goods.

‎ -Oversee and organize specific component inventory (laptop batteries, screens, SSDs, RAM, etc.).

‎ -Ensure the safety and proper storage of ICT hardware products in the facility.

‎

‎Experience Needed: Basic practical knowledge of computer hardware engineering.

‎

‎Educational Level: SSCE, NCE or BSc

‎

‎Core Competency and Skills:

‎Fast learner, high level of integrity, strong attention to detail for inventory tracking, and practical technical/hardware engineering skills.

‎

‎Necessary Certificates, Licences and Registrations: None mandatory, but certifications in computer hardware engineering/ICT are an added advantage.

‎

‎Salary: 100-150k

‎Additional Benefits: To be discussed

‎Working Time: 8:30am – 7:00pm

‎Saturdays: 9:30am to 6:30pm

‎Working Days: Monday to Saturday

‎Accommodation: No
