Role Summary: Responsible for maintaining accurate stock records while delivering excellent customer support.

List of Duties:
– Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels, including stock receiving, storage.
– Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
– Process customer orders, returns, and complaints efficiently
– Resolve customer issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
– Maintain organized filing systems for both inventory and customer records

Experience Needed: Minimum 2 years

Educational Level: OND above

Core Competency and Skills:
– Inventory management skills
– Customer service skill
– organizational skills

Necessary certificates, licences and registrations: None

Salary: 80-100,000

Working time: Shift base 7am-4pm, 1pm-8pm
Working Days: 6 days a week
