Role Summary: Responsible for providing excellent customer service by accurately processing customer orders and payments while also preparing high-quality milkshakes and smoothies according to company recipes and standards.

List of Duties:

– Greet customers politely and take their orders accurately.

– Operate the cash register or point-of-sale (POS) system.

– Process cash, card, and mobile payments and issue receipts

– Prepare milkshakes and smoothies according to standard recipes.

– Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or manager

Experience Needed: Minimum 3 years

Educational Level: SSCE above

Core Competency and Skills:

– Good communication skill

– Attention to detail

– Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Necessary certificates, licences and registrations: None

Salary: 50-70,000

Working time: 9am-10pm

Working Days: 5 days a week (after one week probation)
