Job Title: Data Entry Officer ( Accounts)

Role Summary: Accurately inputting financial and operational data into the company’s accounting system, including inventory, processed foods,and transaction records

List of Duties:

– Enter financial and operational data into the accounting system accurately and on time

– Record and update inventory data, including stock received, issued and balances

– Maintain organised digital and physical records of receipts, invoices and supporting documents

– Cross check entered data against source documents to catch and correct errors

– keep records current and properly filed within the system

– Support the store keeper, front desk representative and kitchen manager with general data entry and record keeping tasks

Experience Needed: Previous experience in data entry, accounts, or inventory role

Educational Level: OND/BSC/HND in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Background in accounting is an advantage

Core Competency and Skills:

– Strong computer skills including confident use of Microsoft Excel ( data entry, basic formulas, sorting, filtering)

– Ability to learn and work within an accounting or inventory management system

– High level of accuracy and attention to detail

– Good organisational skill and the ability to meet deadlines

– Trustworthy and able to handle information with confidentiality

Necessary certificates, licences and registrations: None

Salary: 150-200,000

Working time: 7am-5pm

Working Days: Monday – Saturday
