Role Summary: Responsible for planning, preparing, baking, and decorating a variety of pastries and desserts.

List of Duties:

– Skilled in baking breads, cakes, pastries, desserts and other baked goods

– Proficient in cake decoration and finishing techniques

– Strong knowledge of baking methods, recipes and food safety standards

Experience Needed: Minimum 5 years proven experience as a pastry chef

Educational Level: OND above

Core Competency and Skills:

– Professional, reliable and of good character

– Ability to work effectively as part of a team

– Excellent Hygiene and cleaning practices

– Good time Management and ability to work under pressure

Necessary certificates, licences and registrations: None

Salary: 80-100,000( depends on experience)
